My Disneyland Dream

It was a childhood dream to visit Disneyland someday.

Thanks to the generous people of my life.
I was given a free 10-day round-trip ticket to Los Angeles, California on my 1st ever Spring break in our school district in New Orleans, Louisiana.

I blogged about it 4 years ago here.

I was literally happy, smiling and elated the whole day, I was at the happiest place on earth!!!

I was grinning and beaming! I was just soooo excited to be here!!!!
Carpe Diem!!! My dream came true!!!
See the smile.. it was literally pasted there the whole day!
No time to waste, we were taking pictures here and there. We were walking, lining up, and getting tickets here and there!
I soooo love it here!!!
Beautiful Parade of Dreams!
Thanks to my friend, Mardee for bringing me here!!! Mickey long time no see!
It was just a beautiful picture in my mind... and it was realized!

Thank you God for making it possible, now and always!

Dreams do come true!!!

Believe it!!!

  2. The closest place I can be to visit Disneyland is in Hongkong but even there I still don't know when I'll be able to visit. I hope some good samaritans will also treat me a free visit just like what you had.

  3. Oh that's so nice. I felt the same way when I took my first trip abroad. Sarap when one of your dreams come true right? Especially if it's given to you for free (as in ala kang gastos). :-)

  7. I never ever had a dream to see the Disney Characters in Disneyland in Florida. I've been to HK and Paris and disneyland wasn't the place I am interested to go. Now, I have a daughter. She is nearly 3 sooner she'll want to go there and if that happened. I will take her even though I'm not a big fan. (Animé, ultraman kasi trip ko hehehe) Being a dreamer or ambitious is not bad at all. Sky is the limit. Dream big. Thanks for sharing your stories. :)

  14. Ive been to HK's Disneyland and it was a very great experience I can say but my very dream is to see BIG BEN in London which was granted last year by my boyfriend. I cant help myself but to jump twice or more on too much happiness. Wearing very big smile all around with giggles from a distance till I reached Houses of Parliament and got to see the tower clock closely. I can relate in this post and till now I am smiling. Tnx for this! :)

i'm so inspired by this post. even adults do dream to see disneyland. not everybody get the chance to see this place in their lifetime and i am one of those who never set feet on this dream land.
