  1. H1-B process will took some time to be approved but still hoping with prayers that it will be process the soonest and it is lucky to know that the employer is responsible for it and the employee will not shoulder any fees at all. If the employer will fire you, nothing to worry about it because you can find another job and the employer will petition for your another H1-B visa so there are a lot of opportunities to explore. Hopefully, I will get a job offer and the employer will petition for a H1-B visa. All glory and honor to our God.

  2. I understand that the benefits of H-1B visa program are more advantageous than that J1 Visa Program. I presume that application of J1 Visa is faster compared to the former, so I will just go for the latter. In due time I will try and hopefully could enjoy the benefits of the H-1B Visa program.

My thoughts for H-1B Visa Program
 It's a dual intent visa. While it gives me a chance to work legally in the US, it opens the opportunity to apply for permanent residency. And Lord willing, my family and I wish to live there for good.
 It allows up to six years of stay.
 The employer pays for the processing of the visa, which could mean a little less on my side. I can use my savings for other purposes, such as buffering while settling, for instance.
 Better chances of getting a higher salary scale as they say there is a prevailing salary requirement for it.

H1B visa requirements can be difficult to meet because you must first be hired by a U.S. employer who is willing to sponsor you. Competition for jobs in the United States is fierce, and demand for visas to enter the US grows daily. I know God's perfect timing does two things: It grows our faith as we are forced to wait and trust in God and it makes certain that He, and He alone, gets the glory and praise for pulling us through. "My times are in Your hands ..." Psalm 31:15.

Know Your Rights Before You Commit is always be the first important thing that must be done. It is to give you an overview on what to expect. Upon knowing the facts about H-1B Visa inspired me more to pursue my dream to work in the United States of America. It gives me the motivation to keep working on the things that must be done in order for me obtain it. It is everything that I hope to have. The opportunity to work and eventually can apply for a permanent residency. That thing that it’s the employer who will do it on my behalf. It isn’t easy to obtain it though but as the saying goes “Hard work bears fruit over time. Great things in life don't happen overnight. It doesn't arrive by accident. It takes time, hard work, and some patience. “

Know your rights before you commit
I choose H1B visa due to a number of reasons. First, I have long term goals and plans for working in the USA. Choosing a J1 visa will not meet my long term goals. Second, I know I am qualified for this type of visa. Third, as the saying goes:" Strike while the iron is hot." USA is in need of teachers. I want to take this opportunity while it is here.

  8. Autentico, Khiddie Luz: Collaboration #14: H1B visa is good for us especially if we want a long-term goal of teaching in the USA. Yet, for now, since I am a neophyte in this field it would be an honor on my part to have at least a J1 Visa. I am also aware that this program takes a lot of time. If God's willing soon I want to join this program because it will allow us to stay longer in the USA and have a chance to live there.

Also, this program allows me to bring my family in the US while I am working. H-1B visa also gives holders the ability to port their status from one employer to another during their stay. 12. Deseree R. Atabay Collaboration 14- I prefer an H1B program because I believed God prepared me for this. In terms of qualifications, I had prepared for it for the longest time already. Aside from that, I have a long term plan not only for my teaching career but also for the future of my family. To be honest, I have tried applying J1 Visa for a year but I was not lucky enough , so this made me decide to try another path.

Prior to making a commitment, always be aware of your rights! Even though it takes longer to process, I picked the H1B visa because I want to remain longer in the USA and eventually move there permanently. Despite this, I still have aspirations to travel the world and help others less fortunate than myself. Through the future, I aspire to have helped not only myself but also my family and friends who have been there for me in difficult times. May the entor process come from God. However, this type of visa may present opportunities to all aspiring individuals. It may open doors to all of the options available to people worldwide. My thoughts for H-1B Visa Program

To obtain a work visa in the United States, individuals typically need to have a job offer from a US-based employer. The employer will then sponsor the individual's visa application, which involves providing documentation to the US government to show that the individual meets the eligibility requirements for the specific type of visa they are applying for.

Overall, obtaining a work visa in the United States can be a complex and challenging process, particularly for individuals who are not familiar with the US immigration system. However, for skilled professionals who are able to secure a job offer from a US-based employer, a work visa can be a valuable opportunity to gain international work experience and advance their careers.
