This service is designed to guide and support international teachers as they prepare and submit applications to U.S. school districts.
What Is Application Facilitation Services?
Application Facilitation Services is a guided support program, not a job placement service.
Teach-USA helps you understand the process, prepare properly, and apply with clarity—while U.S. school districts remain fully in charge of hiring decisions.
There are no guarantees of interviews or job offers.
What This Service Includes
Here’s how we support you:
- We review your background and readiness
- We look at your resume and may suggest changes
- We guide you on where and how to apply
- We help you prepare for interviews through mock interviews and coaching
- We provide coordination support if interview opportunities arise
You will still submit your own applications, but you won’t be doing it blindly.
What This Service Does NOT Do
To be clear and transparent:
- Teach-USA does not guarantee interviews
- Teach-USA does not guarantee job offers
- Teach-USA does not choose who gets hired
- Teach-USA is not an employer or visa sponsor
All hiring decisions are made by U.S. school districts.
Our role is to guide and support you—not promise outcomes we don’t control.

- $250 one-time processing fee

• Profile presentation to U.S. schools where applicable
• Interview preparation and mock interviews
• Coordination support if interview opportunities arise

Important to know:
• The $250 fee covers the initial application facilitation and preparation phase, including candidate pooling and profile presentation where applicable
• This fee is non-refundable, as it covers professional facilitation and guidance services
• There are no guarantees of interviews or job offers
• U.S. school districts make all hiring decisions
• If you are successfully hired, you will be asked to sign a separate Teach-USA Facilitation Agreement for the next phase. Please see the attachment.
What Happens After You Apply
Once your payment and resume are received:
- Your profile is reviewed
- You are added to the active pool
- Qualified profiles may be shared with U.S. school districts
- If selected, you will receive interview details either from Teach-USA or directly from the district
If hired, Teach-USA will guide you through the visa processing steps and next requirements and will require you to sign a Teach-USA Facilitation Agreement document.
If not selected, your profile may remain active for one more semester opportunities.
